Hello! This is the second week of my OJT. For this week, I won't be posting many pictures since it was quite similar to my first week. Nevertheless, I gained a lot of knowledge as a Technical Support.

After completing all the cleaning tasks during my first week, we were tasked with assisting the Technical Support team in our department's ICT division. We helped troubleshoot various problems in different college departments.

This photo was taken in the ETEEAP Department where I was assigned to troubleshoot their concerns regarding one of their assets. Specifically, I was tasked with backing up all of their files and formatting their PC to ensure smooth performance and efficient transactions when enrolling students. See you in Week 3!
