Hello! Come and join me as I share my OJT experiences for this week! I have learned a lot. The school purchased a switch hub for the access points we installed last week. After installing the access points, we still didn't have internet because we needed to set up the switch hub first.

This week, the switch hub arrived. After setting it up, we needed to install it in the Network Operations Room located on the 3rd floor of the Nursing Building, near the CCS Department. This way, students can now access the internet in that specific area of the building.

In this photo, you can see me inserting the LAN cables into the switch hub to establish internet connection for the access points. It was one of the most significant moments in my entire OJT experience because the Net Operations Room is responsible for all the connections within the building, and one mistake could cause disruption in all the departments.

I paid close attention to the instructions of the Tech Team member to ensure that I did not make any mistakes. I executed the task flawlessly, connecting the cables to their respective Ethernet ports in the switch hub. I am extremely proud of myself for accomplishing this task without any issues.
