Hello! We have reached the 6th week of my OJT experience. This week brings a lot of excitement as I was transferred to the front desk. My role now is to entertain anyone who would knock on our window and assist them with their concerns, especially regarding their school IDs. The previous intern who was assigned to this task mentioned that most of the concerns raised by visitors are about their IDs and whether they have been processed yet or not. We were informed that the processing of school IDs is put on hold due to lack of transfer film supplies.

On this week the supplies for printing the IDs arrived. We have so many ID backlogs have not yet printed. after the supply was arrived we immediately start printing IDs since we have a lot for more or less 700 IDs need to be printed including students and new employees. 

This week has been challenging for me as I faced situations that tested my patience. Some of the visitors were getting hot-headed and complaining about the processing of their IDs but still managed to be calm and let them understand why it took so long to process their IDs. 

From that day on, I was in charge of printing and distributing the IDs to the students and employees.
