Hello everyone! This is the 7th week of my internship and my 2nd week as a front desk personnel in our office. As in the previous week, my main task is to print and claim school IDs. I print around 20 to 30 IDs per day because the printer needs to rest to avoid overheating and potential damage.

This is a photo of our ID printer in the office. I am not visible in the photo because I am always busy encoding the specific information of the ID holders (I took this photo myself). It is crucial for me to be focused and review the information accurately as some of it is sensitive and personal. Reprinting an ID can cause inconvenience and additional costs for the holder, so I make sure to do my best to avoid any errors. The IDs are also significant as they serve as the official identification of the students and will be used until their graduation.
