Week 5

Hello everyone! I am now in my 5th week of OJT, and I am still assisting the Technical Support Team in our department. Similar to the past weeks, we are still receiving numerous calls from different departments with various issues.

Every day, I am learning new knowledge and skills as I encounter different problems that need to be addressed. Despite the challenges, I am enjoying the learning experience and looking forward to more opportunities to grow and develop my skills.

This week, my fellow interns and I were assigned to fix a specific issue with a PC in our university clinic. Unfortunately, we were too busy resolving the problem to take a picture. After successfully fixing the issue, we decided to take advantage of the opportunity and have a medical checkup since it is a requirement for our OJT program.

After a busy week, we decided to have a small gathering with the employees, including our manager, Sir Archievald Boi Ranay. We shared snacks and enjoyed each other's company. The week ended on a high note, and we were excited for what the next few weeks of our OJT would bring.
